Students are required to raise any concerns regarding this school or its educational programs through the grievance process delineated in the school's catalog. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that all students receive a copy of the grievance procedures and that these procedures are outlined in the published catalog. If, as a student, you have not been provided with this information, please notify school management.
Students who are unsatisfied with the school's handling of their complaint or are unable to lodge a complaint directly with the school have the option to file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), as well as with other pertinent agencies or accrediting bodies, if deemed applicable.
